Your Role

As a Working Student in Operations & Fleet Planning, you will act as the operational backbone of our infleeting and compound management. You will support the team in managing the entire vehicle lifecycle—ensuring our cars move through the logistics fleeting quickly and are ready for customers on time. You will gain deep insights into a fast-scaling mobility startup and help us scale our fleet operations across the finish line.

WHY FINN?

  • Location & Flexibility: This position is based in Munich with the flexibility to work hybrid.

  • Growth & Impact: FINN offers massive growth potential. You will have the unique opportunity to develop your career rapidly in a highly motivating startup environment, owning challenging projects within cross-functional teams.

  • Compensation: We offer a competitive fixed salary of €15 per hour for our working students.

  • Health & Wellbeing: Benefit from a subsidized EGYM Wellpass membership, giving you access to thousands of fitness studios, sports facilities, and swimming pools across Germany.

Your Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Take full ownership of ordering and inventory tracking for all consumables required for every FINN car. You ensure our supply chain never runs out of the essentials.

  • Operational Support: Support the end-to-end infleeting process from manufacturer delivery to customer handover. You’ll actively monitor ongoing workflows, identify bottlenecks early, and help managers implement solutions to maintain speed.

  • Partner Management: Assist in the preparation and follow-up for key supplier and partnership meetings (registration providers, compounds, OEMs) and support the execution of external workflows.

  • Process Optimization: Actively look for "pain points" in our daily fleet operations and identify potential for automation, efficiency, and scaling.

  • Data Integrity & Management: Maintain and update vehicle-related data in our internal systems. You are the guardian of our data quality, ensuring our reporting and Excel/Google Sheets tracking are always accurate.

Your Profile

  • Education: You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.

  • Organization Skills: You are highly organized and can keep track of multiple moving parts (and cars!) simultaneously without losing focus.

  • Mindset: You are proactive, have a strong “hands-on” mentality, and a “get-it-done” attitude. You don't wait for tasks; you look for them.

  • Communication: You are confident in communicating in English and enjoy building professional relationships internally and externally.

  • Analytical Skills: You are comfortable working with data, have a sharp eye for detail, and possess the ability to draw practical conclusions to keep our operational processes running smoothly.

  • Availability: You are available to support us for 16 - 20 hours per week (with high flexibility during university exam periods).
