This is a Revenue Operations Generalist role supporting the full go-to-market engine across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You'll operate as a utility player across systems, process, data, and execution, owning whatever is needed to improve pipeline generation, sales execution, and revenue outcomes. A meaningful portion of your time will be spent on foundational work such as CRM data cleanup, list building, data entry, QA, and ad hoc GTM support, as this is critical to ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and scalability of the revenue engine.

While some projects will involve building processes, systems, and automation, most of the impact comes from rolling up your sleeves to ensure underlying data and workflows are reliable and well-executed. This role is best suited for someone comfortable operating across both strategy and execution — someone who takes pride in getting the details right, moves quickly to solve problems, and is motivated by building a deep understanding of how a high-performing revenue organization operates.

GTM Operations & Execution 

  • Support day-to-day execution of the revenue engine across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success 
  • Jump into high-priority initiatives across pipeline generation, deal execution, and post-sale workflows 
  • Partner with RevOps and Sales leadership to drive key initiatives and close operational gaps 
  • Take ownership of ad hoc projects that improve GTM performance 
  • Execute foundational operational work (e.g., list building, data enrichment, campaign support, CRM updates) to support pipeline generation and sales execution 

 

CRM & Systems Management 

  • Maintain and improve CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) to support pipeline visibility and execution 
  • Build and manage workflows, automations, fields, and pipeline structures 
  • Ensure data is clean, structured, and usable for both reporting and day-to-day operations 
  • Perform ongoing data hygiene, including deduplication, normalization, and QA across accounts, contacts, and deals 
  • Troubleshoot system issues and support GTM teams in real time 
  • Assist in evaluating, implementing, and integrating new tools into the GTM stack 

 

Process Design & Optimization 

  • Design, document, and improve core GTM processes (lead routing, BDR → Sales handoff, deal stages, forecasting, etc.) 
  • Standardize workflows to ensure consistency and scalability across teams 
  • Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and implement solutions to improve conversion and efficiency 
  • Translate business needs into practical, executable processes that can be consistently followed by the team 
  • Help enforce process adherence across the organization 

 

Reporting & Insights 

  • Support reporting and dashboarding needs across pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance 
  • Pull and analyze data to answer business questions and support decision-making 
  • Ensure leadership has visibility into key GTM metrics 
  • Validate and QA data to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across systems 

 

GTM Enablement & Support 

  • Support rollout of new processes, tools, and playbooks across the revenue organization 
  • Create and maintain documentation, templates, and internal resources 
  • Act as a support layer for reps and managers, helping unblock issues quickly 
  • Reduce manual work for GTM teams through automation and better system design 
  • Improve rep productivity by reducing manual work through better workflows, automation, and system design  

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Client Ops, Finance, and Technology teams 
  • Ensure alignment on definitions, processes, and data across teams 
  • Act as a central coordination point for GTM-related initiatives 
  • Bridge strategy and execution by ensuring cross-functional initiatives are actually implemented and operationalized
