YOUR NEW ROLE:

This role within the commercial team plays a key role in supporting the Commercial & Powersports team in providing dealers with inventory finance facilities that support their working capital needs. Reporting directly to the Head of Client Management, you will help ensure our active facilities run smoothly and work within the DFC credit Policy. You will be on hand as daily contact for our clients and be responsible for assisting the Head of Client Management with daily reporting.

You must demonstrate several core skills when working at pace - ability to work autonomously, an ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels, good facilitation skills, have a competent understanding of customer service methods and practices, and a strong attention to detail, with proven skills in prioritisation and organisational skills.

You’ll appreciate that building support with stakeholders across the bank and working collaboratively defines commercial success. Recognised as a provider of high-quality customer service, you’ll be highly proficient in resolving a variety of queries. You think outside of the box and feel comfortable building solutions tailored to customers’ individual needs. Your experience in responding to customer enquiries will be a core strength, highly capable of working with a wider team to resolve any problems.  

You will be a team-player who seeks out support from others across the commercial team, acknowledging the need for consistency in product offering across the firm, the on-going training and development of the wider commercial team, the need for continuous improvement and drive to deliver best in class service to our customers.
