Bitterne Park School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Science to join our high-performing and supportive Science department.

The role will involve:
- Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5, where appropriate)
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
- Assessing, monitoring and tracking student progress, using this to inform teaching and interventions
- Contributing to the ongoing development of the Science curriculum and department
- Supporting the wider life of the school, including enrichment opportunities and extracurricular activities
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a passionate and knowledgeable Science teacher (Biology, Chemistry or Physics specialism welcomed)
- Has high expectations of themselves and their students
- Is committed to inclusive practice and ensuring all students can succeed
- Works collaboratively and contributes positively to a strong team culture
- Is reflective and driven to continually improve their practice
