BIM Coordinator

We are looking for a BIM modeller to join our BIM team and work with our design team on various projects across APAC.

Role tasks and responsibilities:

The candidate must have the ability to conduct the following:
Creating and maintaining 3D models using BIM software.
Regularly collaborating with architects, engineers, and other members of the design and construction team.
Ensuring the models are accurate and meet project requirements and using the models to identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design phase.
Use BIM to support constructability reviews, quantity take-offs, and operations during the project’s lifecycle.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across different BIM models and disciplines and stay current on updates and advancements in BIM technology.

Ability to understand technical drawings and plans.

Advanced math and computer skills.

Creativity and artistic ability.

An Engineering degree in civil or architectural engineering is preferred, or what is equivalent to that in years of experience

Strong communication skills – written and oral (informal and presentation to board level).
