With a strong pipeline of new products, Stratpharma Australia is seeking an experienced sales professional to grow existing accounts and drive new business as the Business Development Manager – NSW South.

Your New Role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth and manage key hospital and private specialist accounts across your territory. You will develop and execute targeted action plans to expand Stratpharma’s presence among a defined group of healthcare professionals, including Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, Aesthetic Clinics, O&G Specialists, Skin Cancer Clinics and Radiation Oncology Centres.

This role requires strong clinical credibility, commercial acumen, and the ability to build lasting partnerships across both hospital and private practice settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed territory sales targets across hospital and specialist accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
  • Deliver product education, training, and ongoing customer support.
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within target accounts.
  • Maintain agreed call coverage and frequency to ensure customer engagement and account growth.
  • Meet performance KPIs aligned to sales, activity, and account development goals.

How You’ll Succeed

Product Knowledge

·         Develop comprehensive product knowledge across the Stratpharma portfolio, including clinical applications, appropriate usage, and relevant procedures (pharmaceutical and medical device).

·         Build a strong understanding of competitor products, including their positioning, strengths, and limitations.

Collaboration

·         Use market insights and partner with marketing to effectively implement territory sales and marketing strategies.

·         Contribute positively to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

·         Work closely with State and National colleagues to share insights and best practices that support overall business success.

Planning & Administration

·         Prepare and maintain territory business plans and campaign activity as required.

·         Accurately maintain all customer and account development information in Salesforce, in line with company CRM compliance standards.

·         Complete all administrative tasks accurately and within required timeframes.
