What will you be doing?

The Compliance Lead is the operational owner of legal and regulatory compliance across the entire organization. This is not a passive advisory role. The Compliance Lead is expected to build infrastructure, enforce standards, manage external counsel relationships, and serve as the front line of risk management for every department that touches customers, marketing, or revenue.

Why This Role Exists

Decentralized Masters is one of the fastest-growing crypto and DeFi education companies in the world. With that growth comes real regulatory responsibility. The industries we operate in - financial education, digital marketing, and emerging technology - exist within a regulatory environment that is constantly evolving, and the consequences of failing to keep pace can range from significant financial penalties to threats against the business itself.

The Compliance Lead exists to make sure that as DM scales, we do it the right way. This isn't a back-office legal function - it's a front-line business protection role. The person in this seat monitors the shifting regulatory landscape, translates what those changes mean for how we market, sell, and operate, and builds the internal systems that keep our team informed and protected. They sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, product, and legal - ensuring that DM can grow aggressively without creating liability that could threaten everything we've built.

Put simply: this role exists because a company operating at our level and pace needs someone whose full-time job is understanding where the rules are today, anticipating where they're going tomorrow, and making sure DM is always on the right side of both.
