About myTomorrows

myTomorrows is a global health tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options.

We strive to enable earlier and better treatment access by bridging the gap between those searching for possible options, and the companies who develop them. We work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, trial sites, patient advocacy groups, and BioPharma – connecting key stakeholders in the drug development ecosystem.

We’ve developed a cutting-edge AI-powered technology platform that simplifies and streamlines access to drugs in development. To support our users and clients, we have a range of industry-expert specialized teams ready to help. Our services include clinical trial patient recruitment, Expanded Access Program management and Real-World Data collection.

With a global footprint spanning 134 countries, to date we’ve supported over 17,000 patients, 3,000 physicians and 350 sites, earning the trust of 60+ BioPharma companies. In October 2025, we closed a €25M investment with Avego Healthcare Capital to fuel our global ambitions and scale the business.

Join us in shaping the future of treatment access - making tomorrow’s therapies accessible for people who need them today.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the CEO and joining our Extended Leadership Team (XLT), the Director Global Access shapes and executes strategies for compliant, sustainable patient access. You will lead the "post-signature" phase, ensuring Paid-for Expanded Access Programs (EAPs) and Named Patient Programs (NPPs) align with local reimbursement pathways and health system requirements, ensuring a smooth transition to future commercial availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define global access and post-Marketing Authorization (MA) readiness strategies. Advise the CEO on investment priorities and global policy trends.

  • Access Enablement: Own the field infrastructure, (sub)distributor governance, and medical field capabilities (MSLs) globally.

  • Market Sequencing: Prioritize market entry based on feasibility, risk, and health system readiness.

  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all activities remain strictly non-promotional and ethically compliant in partnership with Legal and EAP Operations.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a strategic partner for BioPharma clients and, where appropriate, engage with governments and payors to align access pathways.

  • Performance: Accountable for access outcomes, revenue forecasting (via HubSpot), and audit-ready operational oversight.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, specifically within Global Market Access, EAP/NPP management, or Medical Affairs.

  • Strategic Expertise: Proven track record of designing and executing international access strategies and transitioning drugs from pre-approval to post-marketing phases.

  • Leadership: Experience building and managing cross-functional teams, specifically Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) and external distributor networks.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the global regulatory landscape regarding non-promotional access and ethical compliance.

  • Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of partnering with C-suite executives and BioPharma leaders.

  • Environment: Ability to thrive in a high-growth, tech-enabled scale-up environment; proactive, disciplined, and audit-focused.

What Success Looks Like

  • 3 Months: Clear definition of roles between Global Access, Operations, and Commercial teams; baseline governance for distributors in place.

  • 6 Months: Compliant access models operational in priority markets; MSL teams onboarded and active.

  • 12 Months: A stable, scalable, and audit-ready global structure that is viewed as an industry benchmark for compliant access enablement.
