We are looking for a Director – Growth Strategy to drive the next phase of D2C subscriber growth at scale. This role will own high-impact strategic initiatives aimed at unlocking the next 50 million subscribers, with a strong focus on consumer insights, monetisation levers, and cross-functional execution. The role requires a rare blend of consumer intuition, analytical rigor, and execution depth, working closely with Content, Product, Analytics, Marketing and Partnerships teams.
