Interpath’s Deals team supports clients across the full transaction lifecycle, delivering financial due diligence, carve-out, and valuation services on both domestic and cross-border deals. We are looking for a talented Director to join our newly established and fast-growing Transaction Services team in Singapore, working with a diverse range of clients including leading Private Equity firms and corporate organisations.
In this role, you will work closely with Managing Directors in a highly entrepreneurial environment, helping to build and shape a market-leading Deal Advisory practice in Singapore alongside ambitious and high-performing colleagues.
You will be involved across the entire deal lifecycle in a hands-on capacity, covering both buy-side and sell-side engagements, and collaborating closely with our corporate finance, value creation, and debt advisory teams across the wider Interpath network. As a Director, you will lead key engagements, manage senior client relationships, and play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth and commercial success of the practice.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across a wide range of industries
- Act as a trusted advisor to PE and Corporate clients, including C-suite and investment teams
- Manage and coach high-performing teams, including Senior Managers and Managers, fostering a strong people and performance culture
- Drive business development, including proposal development, client origination, and cross-service collaboration
- Take ownership of engagement economics, risk management, and quality assurance in line with firm standards
- Contribute to the growth strategy of the German Deals practice, including thought leadership and market visibility
