Phocas Software is a profitable, high-growth SaaS company helping organizations make better, data-driven decisions. As we continue to scale globally, building meaningful, in-person connections with prospects, customers, and partners is a critical lever for pipeline growth and brand differentiation.

The Events Marketing Manager owns Phocas’ global events program — spanning trade shows, executive dinners, account-based activations, field events, and industry conferences. This role blends creativity with operational excellence, designing memorable experiences that drive engagement while ensuring flawless execution.

This is an ideal opportunity for a marketer who thrives on creating standout brand moments, building pipeline through events, and orchestrating complex programs that deliver measurable business impact.
