We are looking for a customer-focused support professional who can diagnose and resolve technical issues, deliver timely and high-quality service, collaborate effectively across teams, and communicate clearly while adhering to data privacy and operational standards.
Your tasks would be:
- Take full ownership of customer-reported issues, ensuring they are thoroughly managed through to resolution;
- Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, identifying effective solutions in a timely manner;
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams, following established procedures and protocols;
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and reliable information to customers, adapting communication style to suit varying technical skill levels;
- Provide clear guidance on products and services, adhering to defined customer service and call-handling procedures;
- Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries while consistently maintaining high-quality service standards;
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve service-related issues in line with company processes;
- Maintain strict compliance with data privacy and security policies;
- Foster positive and professional communication with customers, team members, and business partners.
