En tant que Responsable de Studio au sein d’un Studio de Vente Lucid, votre principale responsabilitĂ© sera de gĂ©rer directement, encadrer, dĂ©velopper et soutenir une Ă©quipe de vente afin d’articuler et de dĂ©livrer avec succĂšs la marque Lucid et l’expĂ©rience de propriĂ©tĂ©. Ce rĂŽle reportera directement au Responsable de MarchĂ© afin de diriger l’équipe du studio ainsi que les processus permettant au studio d’atteindre ses objectifs de ventes.

SANTÉ DE L’ACTIVITÉ

  • Encadrer et motiver l’équipe de vente afin d’atteindre les objectifs de ventes, d’essais routiers, de livraisons et de productivitĂ©
    · Faire preuve de leadership commercial en effectuant des jeux de rÎle et en maintenant une présence active dans les espaces en contact avec les clients
    · Former et dĂ©velopper l’équipe sur les processus de vente, de financement et de livraison
    · Analyser les données pour déterminer les stratégies commerciales optimales
    · DĂ©finir des objectifs individuels pour votre Ă©quipe, en veillant Ă  ce que les processus et routines favorisent la constitution d’un pipeline et la crĂ©ation de propriĂ©taires afin d’atteindre les objectifs du studio
    · Veiller Ă  ce que l’équipe maĂźtrise tous les aspects liĂ©s Ă  la connaissance des produits Lucid ainsi que les offres pertinentes de l’industrie automobile et le paysage concurrentiel
    · Viser l’excellence dans toutes les zones d’activitĂ© afin d’atteindre les attentes propres Ă  l’emplacement concernĂ©

ENGAGEMENT DES EMPLOYÉS

  • Fournir un coaching ciblĂ© et un dĂ©veloppement des compĂ©tences pour les SpĂ©cialistes de Vente et les Ambassadeurs de Marque afin d’exceller dans les indicateurs de performance, avec des rĂ©unions individuelles hebdomadaires
    · Recruter, former et développer une équipe performante et axée sur le client, en veillant à ce que tous les postes soient pourvus en temps opportun

    · Faire preuve d’assurance dans les opĂ©rations et la planification de tous les aspects de l’activitĂ©, y compris l’élaboration des plans mensuels d’atteinte des ventes et la communication des rĂ©sultats Ă  l’équipe
    · GĂ©rer les leads, rendez-vous, rĂ©servations et motiver l’équipe Ă  obtenir des rĂ©sultats en communiquant les initiatives de l’entreprise et en engageant l’équipe via un coaching efficace, la gestion de la performance et la formation

OPÉRATIONS DU STUDIO

  • Assumer la responsabilitĂ© des opĂ©rations du studio afin d’assurer un parcours client fluide et sans friction, de la rĂ©servation jusqu’à la livraison
    · Superviser l’inventaire et la prĂ©sentation du merchandising
    · GĂ©rer et coordonner la planification des horaires de l’équipe du studio
    · Collaborer avec les Opérations Retail et coordonner avec les fournisseurs et prestataires de services selon les besoins
    · Veiller Ă  ce que l’entretien des installations et la prĂ©sentation du showroom respectent les standards de la marque
    · S’épanouir dans un environnement dynamique oĂč l’innovation est incontournable et oĂč le changement est constant
    · Assister dans les opérations quotidiennes selon les besoins

Qualifications

  • Plus de 5 ans d’expĂ©rience en gestion de magasin dans le retail, le luxe ou l’hĂŽtellerie
    · Expérience en gestion des ventes automobiles souhaitée
    · DiplÎme de licence ou expérience équivalente en commerce, vente ou discipline associée
    · ExpĂ©rience dans la direction d’une Ă©quipe de professionnels orientĂ©s vente capables d’atteindre leurs objectifs
    · ExpĂ©rience dans la prise de dĂ©cisions basĂ©es sur les donnĂ©es et la responsabilisation de l’équipe vis-Ă -vis des KPI
    · Solide expérience et capacité à diriger une équipe favorisant un environnement inclusif et collaboratif
    · Agir avec urgence et promouvoir l’excellence dans tous les objectifs de l’entreprise
    · MaĂźtrise de l’anglais ; une seconde langue est un atout
    · Maßtrise de Microsoft Office, des outils CRM (ex. : Salesforce) et des systÚmes de gestion retail
    · Démontrer une passion pour les véhicules électriques et le marché des véhicules premium
    · Capacité à travailler en soirée et le week-end dans un environnement retail
    · CapacitĂ© Ă  obtenir la licence appropriĂ©e du DMV de l’État, le cas Ă©chĂ©ant
    · Permis de conduire valide sans suspension au cours de l’annĂ©e prĂ©cĂ©dente. Les conducteurs de moins de 21 ans doivent avoir dĂ©tenu un permis de conduire pendant au moins 3 ans et rĂ©ussir la formation Lucid Ă  l’embauche

As a Studio Manager within a Lucid Sales Studio, your primary responsibility will be to directly manage, coach, develop and support a sales team with the successful articulation and delivery of the Lucid brand and ownership experience. This role will report directly to the Market Leader to lead the studio team and processes that enable the studio to achieve their sales targets.

BUSINESS HEALTH

  • Coach and motivate the sales team to meet sales, test drives, delivery, and productivity goals
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by role-playing and having an active presence in customer-facing locations
  • Train and develop team on sales, financing and delivery processes
  • Analyze data to determine optimal business strategies
  • Set individual goals for your team, ensuring processes and routines are conducive to building pipeline and creating owners in order to reach studio goals
  • Ensure the team is fluent in all aspects of Lucid product knowledge and relevant automotive industry offerings, and competitive landscape
  • Drive for excellence in all areas of business focused on reaching expectations for the respective location

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

  • Provide targeted coaching, skill development for Sales Specialists and Brand Ambassadors to excel in performance metrics with weekly one-on one meetings
  • Recruitment, training and development of a high performing and customer focused team, ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner
  • Provide leadership, direction and coach all members of the Sales Team to ensure a seamless experience for customers and all members of the Lucid community.
  • Develop inclusive, diverse, and high performing teams through defining efficient processes and developing the sales team through teaching moments.
  • Sets sales goals, timelines, and target lists for Sales Specialists and tracks results to ensure timely execution on lead generation and/or market Initiatives.
  • Demonstrates a confidence in operations and planning all aspects of the business including developing monthly sales attainment plans and communication of results to team.
  • Manages leads, appointments, reservations and motivates a team to deliver results by communicating company initiatives and engaging team through effective coaching, performance management and training.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

  • Responsible for ensuring all employees provide best-in-class experience in every interaction on the studio floor, in test drives, and through actively following up on leads
  • Empower and guide employees through challenging customer concerns, to make decisions in the customers’ best interest while also supporting Lucid’s mission
  • Also acts as a Senior Sales Advisor, handling high-potential customers
  • Clientele management for VIP customers
  • Your hands-on leadership will assist in coaching and training your sales team to deliver an exceptional experience that touches both the heart and mind of the customer.

STUDIO OPERATIONS

  • Own the operations within the studio to ensure the customer journey is frictionless and seamless from reservation through to delivery.
  • Supervise merchandising product inventory and display
  • Manage and coordinate Studio team scheduling.
  • Partner with Retail Operations and coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed
  • Ensure facility maintenance and showroom presentation adhere to the brand standards
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment where innovation is inevitable, and change is expected.
  • Assist with daily operations as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of store management experience in retail, luxury or hospitality.
  • Automotive sales management experience preferred
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or related discipline.
  • Experience with leading a team of sales focused professionals that can deliver an achievement of their targets.
  • Experience making data driven decisions and holding team accountable to KPI’s
  • Extensive experience and ability to lead a team that fosters an inclusive and collaborative environment.
  • Acts with urgency and champions excellence in all company objectives.
  • Proficient in English with a secondary language skill set being a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce) and retail business systems.
  • Demonstrates a passion for electric vehicles and premium vehicle markets.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment
  • Ability to obtain appropriate state DMV licensing, where applicable
  • Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver’s License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire
  • Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
