HR Business Partner US

As the HR Business Partner for the US division at HITEC Power Protection, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business goals. You will partner with management to develop and implement effective HR policies and initiatives tailored to the unique needs of our US operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. You will act as a resource for employees, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
