Job description

Want to help build something from scratch? Good. We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on intern to support the founding team at 10x.team and eBrain as we grow our platform for our business AI super-app and fractional human intelligence data platform.

This is not a “sit in the corner and observe” internship. You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager, Maxime, and the founders across operations, customer support, marketing, sales, research, events, and product.

We move fast. Things are not always perfectly defined. Outcomes matter more than job descriptions. If that excites you, you’ll learn a lot here.

What you’ll do

You’ll help build the company from the inside out. That means you might:

• Support customer service, customer success, and community operations

• Help organize meetups, online events, and community moments

• Create marketing and sales materials

• Run and improve our LinkedIn and social content

• Support day-to-day operations: emails, planning, notes, follow-ups, research

• Join product conversations and help turn ideas into action

• Use AI to automate, simplify, and speed up work wherever possible

No two weeks will look exactly the same. That’s the point.

What we’re looking for

You are probably:

• Studying business, marketing, entrepreneurship, or something related

• Highly organized and able to keep things moving

• A strong communicator who is not afraid to speak up

• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and new AI tools

• AI-curious and eager to automate repetitive work

• Fast, proactive, and practical

• Excited by startups, ambiguity, and building things that do not exist yet

You don’t need a perfectly polished CV. You do need energy, ownership, and the ability to figure things out.

We’re office-first in Amsterdam. Not because we don’t understand remote work, but because we believe speed, trust, energy, and real collaboration happen faster when people are in the same room.

This internship is for someone who wants to be close to the action.
