Investment Manager - Realfi

Job Purpose

The Investment Manager is responsible for leading complex credit analysis and underwriting activities across the credit investment lifecycle, supporting high-quality decision-making and risk management.

Operating with a high level of autonomy, the role drives detailed credit assessments, supports deal structuring, and contributes to the continuous improvement of credit processes and data-driven underwriting approaches. The role acts as a senior individual contributor, providing guidance to analysts and ensuring consistency and quality of outputs across the credit function.

Working closely with the Senior Credit Analyst Team Lead, data, and product teams, the role ensures that credit insights are robust, comparable, and aligned with the venture’s risk framework and strategic objectives.
