Descripción de la oferta Join Our Team as a Legal Counsel! Become part of our Legal team as a lawyer. Holding this role, you will be part of the SanLucar legal team and work in a multidisciplinary team, coordinating and advising on the legal aspects of the Group on a national and international level. Your passion - our daily business You will be providing legal support to the different departments of the company (branding, R&D, logistics, commercial, quality, etc.) and to the subsidiaries. You will be monitoring and offering day-to-day support for the Group's various projects at national and international level. You will be drafting and reviewing documents and contracts between the different companies of the group and with third parties. You will be following up and coordinating with external consultants and advisors. Requisitos What you'll bring along You have at least 4 years' experience as a graduate lawyer in a law firm or similar, having worked in the area of commercial law and international contracts. You have languages skills: Spanish, English; knowledge of other languages (French) would be an asset. You have knowledge and experience in commercial and corporate law (mandatory). You have sector experience (in fast moving consumer goods or Fruit & Vegetables) as a plus. You have high detail orientation in the daily work routine. You have a proactive, hands-on attitude and are used to working in interdisciplinary teams. You have flexibility to travel if needed.
