Now Hiring: Mortgage Disclosure Specialist (TRID Specialist)

As the Mortgage Disclosure Specialist (TRID Specialist), you’ll bring energy, precision, and purpose to every file you touch. You’ll guide borrowers through a smooth, compliant, and timely closing experience—preparing disclosures, managing CDs, coordinating closing packages, and supporting funding. Your work keeps our lending pipeline moving and our mission-driven customers delighted.

 

What You’ll Contribute in This Role:

Mastery of Disclosures & TRID Compliance

  • Prepare accurate initial disclosures.
  • Complete all Change of Circumstances (COCs).
  • Generate compliant closing disclosures.
  • Track regulatory timelines with precision.
  • Communicate requirements proactively.
  • Maintain full documentation accuracy.
  • Resolve disclosure-related issues quickly.

Closing Package & Funding Coordination

  • Assemble complete, error‑free closing packages.
  • Partner with title, settlement, and internal teams.
  • Review final figures and conditions.
  • Prepare files for seamless funding.
  • Ensure timely delivery of documents.
  • Support borrowers throughout closing.
  • Troubleshoot last‑minute closing needs.

Pipeline Workflow & Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with fellow Closing Coordinator.
  • Manage daily pipeline tasks efficiently.
  • Split loan types and workloads effectively.
  • Leverage Mortgage Bot & ImageFlow systems.
  • Communicate loan status updates clearly.
  • Support process improvements.

What You’ll Leverage in this Role:

Education and Experience

  • 3+ years of residential closing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of TRID specialization.
  • Initial disclosure experience a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with MortgageBot and Imageflow preferred.

What to Expect in Your Work Environment:

  • Remote role within the United States; Eastern Standard Hours.
  • Occasional U.S. travel for company events or leadership sessions.
  • Sustained standing and sitting.
  • Frequent communication (speaking and listening) and use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor.
  • Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
