As a Music Copyright Associate, you’ll be protecting the rights of artists and songwriters by exploring YouTube and spotting unlicensed music! Each day you’ll review videos and “claim” music owned by Orfium clients to ensure our creators get paid properly. You will become a master of some of the greatest music catalogs in history, while making a direct impact in the lives of music creators. What You’ll Do

Identify and “claim” client music in YouTube videos using your aural skills and mastery of YouTube, Orfium and Client rules.
Deep-dive into music catalog databases to research songwriters and ownership.
Stay on top of trending music and viral hits.
Ensure all actions align strictly with YouTube’s latest copyright policies and internal guidelines.
Work closely with your supervisors to report trends, catalog discrepancies, and claiming strategies.
Drive revenue accumulation through meticulous music data management.
