Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Pricing & Analytics Head to build the science, structure, and rigor behind influencer marketing investments. This role will be responsible for developing data‑led pricing frameworks, influencer economics models, and advanced performance analytics to drive efficiency, ROI, and scalability. The individual will combine deep analytical expertise with strong business acumen to support strategy, commercial decision‑making, and senior client conversations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and own standardized, data‑driven influencer pricing frameworks across platforms, influencer tiers, and campaign objectives.
- Develop influencer rate benchmarking models using historical performance data, market signals, and category norms.
- Conduct in‑depth analysis of influencer campaign performance across brand, performance, and commerce objectives.
- Create ROI, efficiency, and effectiveness models to evaluate and optimize influencer investments.
- Design predictive and scenario‑based pricing models to support planning and negotiations.
- Establish robust reporting dashboards and analytics frameworks beyond vanity metrics.
- Partner closely with strategy, business, finance, and execution teams to enable data‑led decision‑making.
- Support senior‑level client discussions with clear, defensible pricing logic and analytical insights.
- Work with internal tech and product teams to evolve proprietary pricing and analytics tools.
- Standardise processes, documentation, and data hygiene across influencer pricing and measurement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 7 - 10 years of experience in pricing, analytics, media economics, or marketing intelligence roles.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, digital media metrics, and performance frameworks.
- Proven experience building pricing models, benchmarks, and analytical frameworks at scale.
- High proficiency in data analysis, dashboards, and analytics tools.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with attention to margins and efficiency.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Structured, detail‑oriented mindset with a strong bias for logic and rigor.
- Comfort working in fast‑paced, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
