Job description Luxe Talent & Retail Academy , an International Recruitment and Training Consultancy for Retail and Corporate, specialized in Fashion, Luxury and Hospitality , and a leader across Europe with strong values of human behavior and teamwork, is looking for a Business Developer - Fashion, Luxury and Retail to join our Italian team in our Madrid or Barcelona office. At our consultancy, we partner with different brands across the Luxury, Premium, Sports, Beauty, Deco, Fashion, and Hospitality sectors throughout Europe, with offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Berlin, Zurich, and London . Business Development Once you have become familiar with our methods and values, you will be responsible for developing the company’s commercial activity: Actively participate in the development of the sales strategy for the Italian market. Use the different tools at your disposal to identify target clients and contact them to present our services. Negotiate commercial agreements that create win-win outcomes for both our firm and our future clients. Work to establish a relationship based on trust, communication, and transparency with each of our partners. Promote the Luxe Talent brand among stakeholders in our target markets, in order to increase attraction to our services. Requirements Experience in a similar position. Previous experience in consultancy is a plus. Ideally, experience in the fashion and retail sector. Fluent level of English. A third language is highly valued. Interpersonal and Cultural Skills: Ability to interact and negotiate with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
