Site Operative - Birmingham Airport

We're looking for people with a passion for delivering great customer service to join our on-site team at Airparks Birmingham. As a Site Operative, you’ll be the face of Airparks and at the forefront of our daily parking operations, so the ability to think on your feet is essential.
This is a busy and varied role where customer interaction and decision-making are key. We are looking for professional and conscientious team members who can deliver a fantastic customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers on arrival and providing a friendly, efficient check-in experience
- Directing customers to available parking spaces before they board the transfer bus to the airport
- Moving Drop & Go customer vehicles safely around the site (full UK driving licence required)
- Working as part of the Meet & Greet team, collecting and delivering customer vehicles to our customers on-site at the airport, also valeting customer vehicles to a high standard as required.
As one of our on-site team members, you will play an integral role in ensuring our customers receive a hassle-free, friendly, and efficient service. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help maintain our high standards.
What we’re looking for:
- A passion for customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Confidence to use initiative and make decisions independently
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, days, and nights
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (6am–6pm or 6pm–6am)

Contract details:
- 3-month fixed-term contract
- 182 hours, working a four-on, four-off shift pattern
- Based across our three Birmingham car park sites
