Salary ranges:

  • PLN 14 000 - 23 500 monthly gross (Contract of employment).
  • PLN 16 800 - 28 200 monthly before tax (Long-term contract (B2B)) + 20 paid days off.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain the technical vision for assigned projects and stack practice.
  • Make architectural and technology stack decisions aligned with long-term strategy.
  • Enforce coding standards, best practices, and engineering excellence.
  • Manage technical debt – identify, prioritise, and oversee resolution.
  • People Management of up to 12 people.
  • Provide direct line management for developers: 1:1s, performance reviews, career planning, salary input.
  • Mentor developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Participate in recruitment and ensure effective onboarding for new hires.
  • Support presales processes with technical expertise, including high-level designs, architecture proposals, and highlighting potential risks and challenges.
  • Decompose business requirements into technical deliverables and support accurate estimations.
  • Promote innovation by monitoring trends and recommending relevant solutions.
  • Contribute to department-wide discussions on technologies and ways of working, providing input on efficiency, optimization, and best practices.
  • Strengthen client trust and satisfaction (NPS) by ensuring high technical quality and timely delivery.
