Job description A company that manufactures agricultural machinery and robots (dairy sector) is looking to fill the position of Technical Support Specialist for automated or electromechanical systems , for the Querétaro area . Do you have studies or experience in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related fields? Are you available to travel to different work locations where services are required and occasionally abroad for training? Are you fluent in both spoken and written English? Then this vacancy is for you! The person in the position will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, attending to maintenance, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of automated equipment within the agricultural industry. Work area: Bajío (frequent travel, mainly field work, with occasional visits to warehouse/office) Base area: Juriquilla, Querétaro Requirements Experience / Requirements: Technical degree or engineering degree in electronics, mechatronics, industrial maintenance, or related field (degree is desirable); Fluent level of English (will be assessed in interview) and interest in developing in an international company; +3 years of experience in technical maintenance of automated or electromechanical systems. Experience in the dairy or agricultural sector will be considered an asset; Availability to travel constantly within Mexico, occasionally abroad for training, and a valid driver's license; Technical support to clients in the field, diagnosis and troubleshooting of equipment failures, preventive and corrective maintenance; Basic customer training on equipment use and follow-up on technical incidents; Ethics, order, structure, good communication, and a wide capacity for service. We offer: Salary of $30,000 to $40,000 Mexican pesos gross per month; Legal benefits plus $2,600 in grocery vouchers per month, 30 days of Christmas bonus, $4,000 in medical expense assistance, 14 days of vacation in the first year, and 50% vacation bonus; Vehicle (pick-up), laptop, telephone, uniforms, payment of travel expenses, and gasoline; Benefits from the start of using the company's online academy.
