As a working student, you will be an essential team member, collaborating closely with regional and global marketing experts to support their projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your knowledge in project management and across various marketing disciplines.
We are looking for a commitment of at least 1 year for approximately 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
You will support the team in:
- Coordinating campaigns and content creation such as blog posts, webinars, and website content.
- You will design assets like infographics, visuals for social media and advertisements, including the editing of short videos, visuals, and ads.
- Developing internal and external communication materials such as email templates, news posts, and webpages or business cards.
- You will manage the intranet pages for the marketing team, keeping the documents and information up to date.
- Conducting market, event, media and competitor research.
- Support various events and preparing event materials such as brochures and merchandise.
- Monitor general mailboxes of the team to coordinate incoming requests from externals like journalists and internal colleagues that need marketing support
- Support lead management and promote effective communication with the Sales team
You will learn:
- How to efficiently manage projects and your time.
- How to use tools like Microsoft Co-Pilot, Figma (design tool), Hubspot (email marketing tool), Wordpress (Content management system for our website and blog), Sharepoint (intranet) and Microsoft Planner (project management).
- How to manage multiple stakeholder and build strong relationships in a business.
- How to market a service or a product in the tech space
