  • Act as the voice of the customer, creator, and marketer by sharing market trends, platform changes, creator economy insights, and product feedback with internal strategy, product, research, and design teams.

We're Looking for Someone Who Has:

    • Demonstrated experience managing performance-driven creator programs with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, creator attribution, conversion measurement, and revenue-focused KPIs.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret creator, affiliate, and campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

    • Previous agency, SaaS, customer success, or account management experience preferred, with a proven ability to act as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • A growth-oriented, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex challenges, and drive measurable results.
    • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage priorities across customer accounts.
