Bartender | Fix term contract

As a Bartender you uplift the guest's experience during their visit to THE ROOFTOP. We are looking for individuals who will have the patience, personality, and perseverance necessary to progress in this position and improve the overall experience of The Rooftop’s customers. You will play a crucial part in successfully provide an excellent experience for our guests.

This is what you’re going to do

•  Prepare and serve drinks following quality standards.

• Advise customers and offer recommendations.

• Manage stock and cash register, ensuring proper product control.

• Keep the bar clean and organized, complying with hygiene and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with the bar, kitchen, and floor team to ensure efficient service.

• Bring creativity to cocktail preparation and stay updated on mixology trends.

This is why you are the best candidate

• +2 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.

• Ability to communicate in English.

• You are now located in Barcelona (or nearby)

• Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

• You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English, additional languages will be highly valuable

• Flexibility to work in evening and night shifts
