About the Opportunity
AnthroMed Education is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the 2026–2027 school year. This role offers the opportunity to support K–8 students in a collaborative school-based environment with placement details determined closer to the start of the school year. You’ll be joining a supportive team with strong resources to help you succeed in your role.
What You’ll Do
- Provide behavioral support services for K–8 students
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Support IEP development and participate in meetings as appropriate
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
Caseload Details
- 1 full-time BCBA position
- Specific school and caseload TBD prior to start of school year
- Support across K–8 settings
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills
