- Baseline Analysis of BCMS Documentation.
- Data Consolidation and Analysis.
- Consistency and Alignment Control.
- Quality Assurance and Document Standardization.
- Gap Analysis and Improvement Proposals.
- Support to BCMS Integration.
- Documentation drafting and Consolidation.
- Administration and Operational Support to the Task Force BCMS.
