As Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will be the operating engine behind how Visium leads, decides, and executes. You will own the rhythm of the business, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure that nothing important falls through the cracks. This is not a support role, it is a leadership role for someone who wants to shape how a company is built, and who is ready to operate with the speed and rigour that demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the operating backbone of the CEO, owning priorities, cadence, and follow-through across the week, month, and quarter, ensuring the CEO's time and attention are always on the highest-leverage decisions.
  • Own board operations end-to-end, from pack production and meeting preparation through to action tracking and advisor coordination. The CEO is the editor; the CoS is accountable.
  • Drive the operating rhythm of the leadership team, ensuring decisions are made, documented, owned, and executed. Not just coordination, accountability.
  • Lead the programme management of 2–5 strategic initiatives at any given time, spanning areas such as organisational growth, capital activity, market expansion, and senior commercial pursuits.
  • Represent the CEO's voice in high-stakes communications, investor updates, client correspondence, all-hands messaging and serve as an extension of the CEO in selected external contexts.
  • Translate complex, high-stakes decisions into clear written analysis and structured recommendations, enabling the leadership team to move with speed and confidence.
