The Role

We're looking for a commercially minded, hands-on CTO to own the tech vision and delivery for ASMALLWORLD. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with full responsibility for product engineering, infrastructure, and the product roadmap.

You'll be joining at a pivotal moment: we've recently restructured the technology organisation and are investing in a modern, leaner stack. The priorities are clear - CRM activation, personalisation at scale, and building the backend infrastructure that enables and continues to accelerate the growth in our membership and travel businesses.
