Role Summary and Impact

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Executive BI who will:

• Monitor Azure pipelines and feed health to ensure stable data flow, working with the Engineering team to quickly resolve pipeline issues.
• Manage and track tasks in Jira to ensure timely completion and accurate updates.
• Provide manual pipeline processing as needed and work on ad hoc data requests as assigned.
• Provide support for PowerBI and Tableau dashboards as requested.

Skills and Experience

If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• A minimum of one to two years’ experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of databases and data warehouses such as SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, GCP, or AWS (a plus).
• Familiarity with project/product management tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets, Azure DevOps/VSTS.
• Familiarity with dashboarding tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc. (a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written skills, and exceptional organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Ability to foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and to manage and prioritize competing projects and deliverables.
