We’re also building the Energy Network: a decentralised platform of smart devices that rewards users in Energy Dollars for electrifying their homes, shifting usage to off-peak hours, and helping balance the grid. We're currently looking for Finance Interns to join the team at our London office in Canary Wharf. This 6 month paid internship offers an exceptional opportunity for ambitious individuals to gain valuable experience in a fast moving environment. You’ll gain exposure to the inner workings of a high-performance startup and develop a strong understanding of how a finance function supports commercial decision-making and operational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting strategic initiatives within the finance team, including M&A, fundraising, and the evaluation of new deals and business lines
- Supporting the origination, structuring, and execution of acquisitions and investment opportunities
- Building and reviewing financial models to support transaction decisions and assess new commercial opportunities
- Supporting the negotiation and execution of commercial agreements with counterparties and suppliers
- Sourcing and assessing financing solutions, including facilities to manage liquidity and margin requirements
- Partnering cross-functionally with operational and technical teams to support the execution of strategic projects
