Founding GTM / Growth Lead (0→1)
EU / remote · early-stage AI product · full ownership
What this is
We’ve built a working product that connects multiple public data sources (real estate, fire risk, demographics, weather, etc.) into one intelligence layer.
It answers complex, cross-domain questions and can be applied across multiple industries — from real estate to insurance to government.
The product works.
Now we need to turn it into revenue.
Your role
You own one thing:
figuring out who pays for this and making it happen
You will:
identify high-value segments (“gold markets”)
go outbound and get in front of decision-makers
run demos and close first deals
shape positioning and pricing
bring market feedback directly into product
No SDRs. No marketing team. No handoffs.
What you’ll actually do (first 3–6 months)
test several B2B segments (real estate, insurance, data platforms, etc.)
run outbound yourself
close first paying customers
define how this product should be sold
work directly with engineering to unblock deals
Setup & environment
full-time only — this needs your full focus
remote, EU-friendly timezone (core hours overlap expected)
small team (4 people) — fast decisions, no bureaucracy
no marketing department — you build everything yourself
direct access to product — what blocks sales becomes product work
Contract:
B2B setup (Dubai-based entity for now)
What you get
real product (not a concept)
full ownership of GTM from zero
direct impact on revenue and product direction
ability to move fast without layers
You’ll fit if
you’ve worked in early-stage startups or built something yourself
you’ve sold complex / technical products (data, AI, infra)
you are comfortable with ambiguity and zero structure
you can go from “no market defined” → “first revenue”
you use AI tools to move faster in your workflow
This is not for you if
you need a defined ICP, budget, and team from day one
your background is mainly performance marketing or brand
you prefer structured environments and clear processes
If you’ve ever wanted to take a strong technical product and figure out how to actually sell it — this is that role.
