What you’ll be doing
- Lead the global growth strategy for Remescar, owning the 1–3 year brand plan and driving delivery across key markets
- Define a clear, differentiated brand positioning, including purpose, claims, and visual identity
- Own the full brand P&L, ensuring strong performance across sales, margin, and brand equity
- Develop and guide global media and content strategies across retail, e-commerce (Amazon & D2C), and digital touchpoints
- Create best-in-class global toolkits to win in-store and on the e-shelf
- Partner with markets to execute high-impact campaigns and optimize path-to-purchase performance
- Drive insight-led innovation and manage the product portfolio lifecycle to unlock growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e-commerce, performance, portfolio teams) to accelerate online growth
- Monitor and analyse brand performance, identifying opportunities and taking swift corrective action
- Define global pricing and promotional strategies, supporting local market execution
