The team you will be part of

Our Merchandising & Creative Team brings brands and products to life through compelling visuals and on-brand storytelling. From graphic design and content creation to product presentation and campaign assets, the team crafts experiences that captivate and convert. With a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong understanding of digital commerce, we transform ideas into visuals that drive engagement, elevate brands, and enhance the online shopping journey.

The part you will play

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer Team Lead who can balance creativity with commercial impact — someone who understands how strong design drives both brand identity and business performance.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual graphic design, with the ability to lead and elevate creative direction across campaigns, platforms, and brand touchpoints. This role will act as a key bridge between Creative, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure all design outputs are both visually compelling and strategically effective.

• Leading and overseeing the overall quality and direction of the Graphic Design team
• Balancing creative storytelling with commercial objectives and campaign performance
• Managing team resources, workload allocation, and productivity to ensure efficient execution and delivery timelines
• Monitoring and optimizing design workflows and processes to improve team efficiency and collaboration
• Proposing creative solutions and innovative design approaches that align with business goals
• Supporting and mentoring Graphic Designers to continuously improve their creative and technical skills
• Collaborating closely with Merchandising, KAM, Brand, and Marketing teams to develop impactful visual campaigns
• Ensuring brand consistency and maintaining high creative standards across all platforms and deliverables

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or equivalent.
• 3-4 years of experience in Graphic Design, with Team Lead experience considered a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related multimedia tools.
• Strong visual design, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills across graphics, video, photography, and digital content.
• Ability to collaborate with multimedia artists and cross-functional teams to create engaging visual content.
• Experience managing or mentoring a Graphic Design team, including workload planning and resource allocation.
• Ability to analyze team productivity and improve workflow efficiency and creative processes.
• Understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, process improvement, and maintaining high creative standards.
