As the platform continues to expand its subscription and professional offerings, data-driven decision-making and growth analytics play a critical role in shaping product strategy and user engagement.
We are seeking a Growth Analyst with strong expertise in product analytics, funnel analysis, performance reporting, and business intelligence. In this role, you will own key growth metrics, analyze user acquisition and activation performance, build reporting frameworks, and provide strategic recommendations that influence product and business decisions.
CONTRACT: Long-term contractor or FTE
COMMITMENT: Full-time (East Coast working hours preferred)
LOCATION: 100% Remote from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Panama or Mexio
PROCESS: 3 client interviews (intro, technical, cultural)
Responsibilities
- Own growth reporting, KPI tracking, and performance measurement across acquisition and activation funnels
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, pacing models, and executive-level reporting
- Analyze user acquisition, activation, conversion, and channel performance trends
- Define and maintain key funnel metrics and measurement frameworks in partnership with Data Science teams
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes behind performance changes and growth opportunities
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support product and growth strategy
- Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and metric consistency across systems
- Support leadership with forecasting, business reviews, and ad hoc strategic analyses
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business recommendations
