About The Role
An exciting opportunity has opened up for Head of Digital, Data and Innovation at Davy. In this role, the successful candidate will be accountable for setting and delivering Davy's group-wide digital AI and innovation agenda. The successful candidate will ensure that digital and data investments translate into measurable business value, improved client outcomes, operational excellence and sustainable change adoption.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the role will include owning what digital and data capabilities are built to support our people and our clients, why they matter, and whether they deliver value.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Define Davy's group-wide digital, AI, innovation and data strategy, setting priorities for how data and technology is leveraged to drive client, operational and commercial outcomes.
- Translate strategy into prioritised, outcome-led roadmaps with clear value, adoption and benefits metrics.
- Drive digitisation of end-to-end client and operational journeys in partnership with Operations, Technology and our Wealth Team.
- Build and manage a structured innovation pipeline, including experimentation and external partnerships
- Be accountable for identification and delivery of new end-to-end digital platforms and platform delivery outcomes.
- Embed technology, data, and AI capabilities within operational teams, ensuring tools are adopted effectively.
- Promote and ensure the responsible use of AI, ensuring all AI-enabled solutions are applied in line with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and risk controls
- Define and prioritise data, analytics and AI use cases, aligned to strategic objectives and value outcomes
- Drive commercialisation of digital and data assets aligning to Davy's strategy.
- Drive business adoption, behavioural change and sustained value realisation.
- Lead a team with clear accountability for delivery, performance, and people leadership
- Shape and continuously enhance the end-to-end client experience by leveraging digital, data, and AI capabilities to deliver seamless, personalised and high-quality client interactions.
