• Work modality: On-site for the first 3 months, then remote
• Locations available: Barranquilla, Cali, Medellín, or Bogotá
• What you will do:
• Manage and optimize vendor files
• Validate benefit structures, rates, and configurations
• Test, debug, and ensure quality of automated processes
• Collaborate with external vendors on integrations and technical improvements
• Execute QA tests on HRIS platforms and new applications
• Document processes, defects, and requirements
• Support HR, implementation, and account management teams
• What we are looking for:
• Minimum 1 year of experience administering U.S. benefits with HRIS (e.g., PrismHR or others)
• Fluent English (B2+ or higher)
• Experience in testing, data validation, and QA
• Analytical profile with strong attention to detail
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical teams
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Interest in HR technology and continuous improvement
