As HR Director, you will play a pivotal role on the Executive Leadership Team for Porsche Cars Great Britain (PCGB) and Porsche Retail Group (PRG).   • Lead compensation & benefits strategy, including pay, bonus, benefits and payroll oversight.
  • Strengthen employee engagement through culture, wellbeing and communication initiatives.
  • Ensure full HR compliance with internal directives and external legislation.
  • Inspire and develop the HR team to operate as strategic business partners.
  • Act as a key Executive Committee leader, shaping business plans, strategy and organisational communication.
