[Job - 29608] Business Analyst Senior, Colombia

We are looking for professionals with experience as a Business Analyst (BA) or Product Owner (PO) to join a project in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create clear and concise documentation, ensuring alignment with business expectations and objectives.
• Facilitate and lead requirements gathering sessions, reviews, and validation meetings with stakeholders.
• Analyze and document business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure proper understanding and implementation of requirements.

Requirements

• Advanced/Fluent English.
• Proven experience in Business Analysis, working throughout the full requirements lifecycle, from elicitation to validation of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience creating and maintaining structured requirements documentation, including:
  • User Stories
  • Use Cases
  • Acceptance Criteria
• Experience performing impact analysis, identifying dependencies, and prioritizing business demands.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions while ensuring alignment with the client platform’s capabilities and constraints.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Familiarity with project and work management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Trello.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience applying AI solutions to solve business problems. Familiarity with Generative AI tools (such as Copilots and Large Language Models) to improve productivity and accelerate analysis activities.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry, including dealerships and/or vehicle manufacturers.
• Familiarity with API integrations, including RESTful and SOAP services.
