As a Junior AI Prompt Archaeologist, you will uncover, analyze, and preserve historical prompts from the early days of generative AI. Working alongside our team of digital researchers, you will help document the evolution of human-AI communication and protect valuable prompt artifacts for future generations.
Your Responsibilities
- Excavate and catalog historical AI prompts
- Analyze prompt structures and ancient prompt engineering techniques
- Identify significant discoveries such as:
- "Write me an email"
- "Can you make this sound more professional?"
- "Please fix my code"
- Classify prompt artifacts according to the International Prompt Preservation Framework (IPPF)
- Document unusual AI-human interactions
- Contribute to the Prompt Knowledge Base
- Participate in weekly excavation reviews
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled at a university or college
- Interest in AI, technology, linguistics, or digital history
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to distinguish between a prompt and a cry for help
- Comfortable working with large amounts of text and data
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI systems
- Previous exposure to prompt engineering
- Ability to read prompts written entirely in CAPITAL LETTERS
