We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer to drive email lead generation campaigns in the financial and investment sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, direct media buying, and lead acquisition, with a focus on generating high-quality investor and financial services leads.
You will be responsible for sourcing leads through direct purchases from publishers and lead providers, as well as building and optimizing lead generation campaigns across paid media channels. This is a highly performance-oriented role with clear metrics tied to lead quality, volume, and acquisition costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase and manage email lead generation campaigns from publishers, newsletter operators, and lead providers.
- Identify, negotiate, and optimize direct media buying opportunities in the finance and investment space.
- Develop and scale lead generation campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Native advertising platforms
- Additional paid acquisition channels
- Build and manage retargeting campaigns to maximize conversion rates and improve lead quality.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, lead quality, and ROI.
- Conduct audience testing, creative testing, and landing page optimization.
- Analyze traffic sources and lead performance to identify opportunities for scaling.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure lead quality meets business objectives.
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend across channels based on performance.
- Track and report on campaign metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in media buying, performance marketing, or lead generation.
- Proven experience generating leads in financial services, investing, fintech, insurance, or related verticals.
- Experience purchasing leads or negotiating direct media buys with publishers and list owners.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube advertising.
- Experience building and optimizing retargeting campaigns.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, pixels, and analytics platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
