This position will support Prescott's, Inc. and will be located onsite in Monument, CO.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Medical Device Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a range of medical devices to support hospitals, surgery centers, and other healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic testing, maintenance, and repair of surgical microscopes parts
- Conduct on-site installation and commissioning of medical devices at client locations.
- Respond to service calls promptly and efficiently to minimize equipment downtime.
- Document service activities, including test results, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Collaborate with sales and technical staff to assess equipment condition and recommend repair or replacement options.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of medical device regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Order and maintain inventory of necessary parts and tools.
- Provide training and technical support to end-users as required.
