Our client is a fast-growing, fully remote company building enterprise HR solutions for large

organizations. We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing, Operations & Analytics Assistant to join the team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of data analytics, billing operations, and process coordination, supporting two key leaders and playing an essential part in the company’s day-to-day efficiency and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role has a dual reporting structure:

  • CEO: You will report to the CEO for all billing and financial operations tasks. The CEO oversees revenue accuracy, client billing, and operational compliance.

  • Product Manager: You will report to the Product Manager for all analytics. As such, you will own a data analytics solution measuring employee retention for specific companies and produce dashboards for our clients’ customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Data Analytics & Dashboard Management:

  • Maintain and operate internal analytics dashboards under the direction of the Product

  • Collect employee professional data and industry benchmarks online, ensuring data is sourced reliably and kept up to date. Then build employee retention dashboards based on the collected data.

  • Manually enter data into internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Comfortable performing repetitive, high-volume data tasks with consistent precision. This role involves significant routine data work and requires someone who takes pride in doing it right, every time.

Project Coordination & Process Improvement:

  • Support project management for automation initiatives, including coordinating across teams and following up on action items.

  • Attend product requirements conversations, document outcomes, and ensure clear and actionable notes are captured.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and take on additional tasks to improve team efficiency.

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive, take initiative, and own tasks through to completion.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy, especially with manual and repetitive processes.

  • Comfortable performing high-volume, repetitive tasks with consistent reliability.

  • Experience with data entry, online research, and collaboration tools; comfort with platforms such as QuickBooks, Power BI, or similar is a plus.

  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to identify and suggest improvements to existing processes.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment with distributed, cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to manage concurrent priorities from multiple stakeholders and communicate proactively when priorities conflict.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Monthly Salary: $1,600–$1,800 USD (based on experience)

  • Schedule: 40 hours per week, aligned with Eastern Time Zone (ET)
