We are seeking an experienced Outbound Lead to support and elevate our warehouse fulfillment operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for executing order picking, packing, and shipping while providing day-to-day guidance/training to associates and helping drive accuracy, productivity, and process consistency.
This role is best suited for someone with a strong background in warehouse operations or e-commerce fulfillment who takes ownership, leads by example, and is comfortable stepping in to solve problems in real time.
Starting Pay Rate: $22/hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee order fulfillment operations (picking, packing, and shipping) with a high level of accuracy and quality standards
- Utilize WMS systems and RF/barcode scanners to process and verify orders
- Support inventory accuracy through proper sorting, verification, and cycle count participation
- Provide on-the-floor leadership, coaching associates and reinforcing best practices
- Monitor workflow, identify inefficiencies, and help drive continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot order issues, discrepancies, and operational bottlenecks
- Maintain a safe, organized, and high-performing warehouse environment
- Communicate with different departments, service providers & corporate staff
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center experience required
- Prior experience in a lead, senior associate, or team lead capacity strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and teaching
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example, support team performance, and build Team trust
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
