Role Overview: Indirect Team Representatives focus on supporting partners at a national level, ensuring effective onboarding, verification, and activation of new merchants.

  • Assist partners in onboarding, verifying, and activating new merchants;
  • Identify and engage new prospective partners to promote company’s collaboration framework;
  • Escalate partner requests by opening cases for issues beyond their resolution capacity;
  • Serve as the first point of contact for partners;
  • Drive production and growth within the Indirect Team;
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships through regular field visits and in-person engagement;
  • Interest in AI-powered tools and openness to working in AI-enhanced environments.
