Are you ready to elevate partnerships to the next level? We’re searching for a dynamic Business Development & Partnerships Executive who thrives on building and nurturing relationships while driving growth!

Company Shop Group (part of Biffa Waste) is the largest commercial redistributor of surplus food and household products in the UK, enabling some of the biggest retailers, manufacturers, food service and logistics providers to unlock value from surplus stock, which may have otherwise gone to waste. The surplus we handle is redistributed through our Company Shop stores and our award-winning social enterprise Community Shop where we build stronger individuals and more confident communities. What You'll Do:

  • Be the Catalyst: Act as the primary point of contact for our valued partners, ensuring their every need is met with top-notch service.
  • Drive Success: Deliver exceptional customer experiences that not only meet but exceed expectations, contributing to growth in partnership volumes.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with internal stakeholders to explore new partnership opportunities and develop creative solutions tailored for our partners and business needs.
  • Support Leadership: Assist the Partnership Lead and Head of Partnerships in strengthening relationships with retailers and manufacturers, while expanding your professional skills.
  • New Business: Identify, approach and secure new strategic partnerships across target sectors and work with the Business Development team to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities

 

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing and developing long-term partner relationships.
  • Resolving challenges efficiently and effectively.
  • Preparing impactful client proposals and presentations.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
