Job Description of People Operations Associate:
Thoughtfull is seeking an People Operations Associate to support the expansion of our regional teams in Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and growing environment. This role requires a meticulous and reliable individual who is eager to learn and contribute to supporting business growth and scalability. A positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and good communication skills are essential. What you will do:
- Be the first line of support for employees, acting as a point of contact for HR-related queries such as policies and benefits
- Support the end-to-end employment journey from pre-boarding to offboarding, including maintaining HR systems, organizing employee records, and assisting with HR reporting
- Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees, ensuring adherence to HR policies, procedures, and local labor regulations
- Support the KL site lead in fostering a positive and engaging work environment for the KL team
- Assist in the implementation and rollout of people programs and initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops, Finance, and other departments to support people-related processes and projects
