About the Role
As the Principal, Product & Client Solutions, you will collaborate directly with some of the industry’s most sophisticated institutions, leading enterprise-scale AI transformations and enabling clients to unlock the full potential of Avantos AI. Your position will be critical in shaping the company’s R&D agenda by providing essential insights that inform ongoing product experimentation and iteration. The ideal candidate will balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational skill.
Working closely with engineers and product leaders, you will transform real-world client needs into actionable product insights, guide solution design, and optimize field deployment of our technology. By establishing a continuous feedback loop between clients and engineering, you’ll help steer the R&D roadmap and ensure our products evolve to deliver sustained impact across our institutional clients.
Responsibilities
Drive enterprise and C-level client engagement as the senior relationship leader and team lead for major clients.
Collaborate within cross-functional pods that include Engineering and Product counterparts to inform the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and product roadmap priorities.
Lead the end-to-end implementation of major client deployments, ensuring successful adoption and integration of Avantos AI solutions.
Translate client needs into actionable insights, guiding the design of tailored AI solutions.
Foster a tight feedback loop between clients, engineering, and product to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Minimum Qualifications
8–12 years’ experience in technology consulting or digital transformation within an enterprise SaaS or financial services environment.
Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving senior-level stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering leaders.
Strong grasp of product concepts, technical architectures, data structures, and system integrations.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Educational background in engineering, computer science, information systems, or quantitative disciplines.
